1. Complete Your Onboarding Form
You’ll share details about your business, funnels, platforms, and give access to GA4, your cart tool, and anywhere tracking needs to be added.
2. We Review Your Tech + Map Your Measurement Plan
We audit your existing setup and outline exactly what needs to be tracked, where improvements can be made, and how everything will connect. You’ll get a simple video explaining our recommendations so you (and your team) always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
3. We Set Up GA4, Sales Tracking, and Import Your Data
We optimize or create your GA4 account, set up your key events, build your sales-tracking automation, and import historical sales data from one platform so your dashboards start with meaningful insights.
4. We Create Your Dashboards
Your Traffic, Funnel, Sales, and Launch dashboards will be created for you—fully connected, branded, and customized based on the measurement plan we confirmed together.
5. We Review Your Data + Record Your Insights Walkthrough
Once everything is pulling in correctly, we look at your numbers and record a personalized walkthrough showing what’s working, what’s slowing you down, and the biggest opportunities to improve your results.
6. Delivery in 1-2 Weeks After Plan Approval
You’ll receive your dashboards, documentation, and insights video, along with clear instructions for anything you’ll need to maintain moving forward.
You’ll receive an onboarding form where you’ll share details about your business, funnels, platforms, and give us access to GA4, your cart tool, Zapier, and any pages where tracking needs to be added. Once submitted, we’ll start reviewing everything and map out your measurement plan.
We’ll need access to:
Your GA4 property
Your website + funnel pages where GA4 needs to be added
Your cart/checkout tool
Your Zapier account
Any platform where historical sales data is stored
The onboarding form contains a list so you know exactly what to provide.
Once your measurement plan is confirmed, delivery of your dashboards and insights typically takes about two weeks. The full timeline may vary slightly depending on how quickly you provide access and any information we request.
Because this is a hands-on, personalized done-for-you service that begins immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Recommendations for tracking improvements and simplification

We do not use Google Tag Manager for this service.
No extra costs are involved! Tracking is set up using Google Analytics 4, and the dashboard is built using Looker Studio (a free tool to use alongside Google Analytics).
